Financial and Insurance

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! When you consider the cost of orthodontic treatment, also consider the lifelong benefits of a beautiful, healthy smile. The cost of orthodontic treatment will depend on many factors, including the severity of the problem, its complexity and length of treatment.

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. We realize that families and individuals have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Affordable Financing Options

Don’t let finances stand in your way for achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer financing options through the Orthodontists Fee Plan with no money down and low monthly payments that make your treatment more affordable. We also offer an in-office plan that involves a down payment prior to the start of treatment and monthly payments on the balance. In addition, we offer discounts for payment-in-full prior to the start of treatment. These flexible payment options allow you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!

Insurance Policy

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. We process most valid forms of insurance, and ask that you bring your insurance information to the initial exam.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
