We realize how busy families are and how tight their schedules can be. We have designed our office schedule to minimize the amount of school and work patients are required to miss due to orthodontic appointments. Our regular (school year) office schedule is as follows:

• *Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Thursday: 1 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 noon (emergencies only)

*Every 5th Monday is spent at our satellite location in Eatonville.

Our summer hours correspond with the Puyallup School District summer vacation. During the summer months, we are typically open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday until noon.

In the event an appointment must be rescheduled or cancelled, we ask that you provide our office with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Doing so allows another patient to utilize the time slot and allows us to reserve a new appointment for you.

We realize how important your time is, and we make every effort to remain on schedule. If you are late for an appointment, we will accomplish as much as possible within the allotted time, however, we may need to reschedule your appointment to complete the necessary treatment.
